StreamWork is seeking an exceptional strategic account executive who wants to be part of transforming how teams work on video. This is an opportunity for highly motivated and skilled strategic account executive to get involved in the early stages of a high growth start-up and make an impact. Ideal candidate is achievement-driven and customer focused.

The strategic account executive will be tasked with sourcing, building and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients. Candidates should possess extensive sales experience in the B2B software industry with a proven track record of generating new business.

Required Skills:

  • Results-oriented mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years as a strategic accounts manager
  • Extensive experience in B2B software sales
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software

Ideal candidate responsibilities:

  • Source and convert new business leads
  • Maintain key accounts and provide ongoing client support
  • Develop and implement client relationship management strategies
  • Collaborate with broader team to ensure sales strategies align with broader business objectives
  • Establish communication channels and liaise between key clients and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM and ensure it’s updated regularly
  • Handle client questions and work with product to troubleshoot as needed
  • Monitor and report on sales performance
