Is there a free version of StreamWork?
Yes! Our free plan enables you and two other team members to experience StreamWork at no cost. If you’re looking to add more team members, upload more assets, and access more advanced features, you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?
Yes! We offer 10% off when you choose an annual subscription.
What roles are considered a paid seat as part of a subscription plan?
A paid seat is required for any member or contributor collaborating on a campaign in StreamWork. Members are people on your core team (typically at your company) who are working with you on campaigns. Contributors are external team members, including agency partners and contractors, who need to collaborate with your team in StreamWork but only require access to specific campaigns.
You can share an asset with anyone for free via a share link. Users who receive the share link do not need a paid seat in StreamWork.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time in your personal settings. Once logged into StreamWork, click on your photo in the top left corner, and select the option to “Upgrade.”
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@streamwork.com.
